IN THIS LESSON

This exercise introduces two important ideas and a special technique that make painting foliage - of any kind - much easier.
It also covers a simple color formula that works well for the lighter leaf and foliage colors seen on autumn trees. In essence, the formula shows how to shadow lighter colors without making them too dark and keeping the glow coming through.
